Birds of Prey Convention

Birds of Prey Convention 2024 is coming to Omaha, Nebraska.
If you are new to Birds of Prey, this is the perfect place to learn how to play. If you have played before, you can hone your skills and advance your tactics. And it is your chance to hang out with the people that create and support the game!

When: Thursday August 22, 2024 through Sunday August 25, 2024

Where: Omaha, Nebraska, USA (in the suburb of La Vista)

Cost: We ask everyone to share the cost of the gaming room, typically $50 per person.

Kangaroo Court?
There is a group dinner where we recap the event thus far, discuss the state of air combat gaming, and, perhaps most importantly, hand out call-signs to new aviators (and occasionally reassign the callsign of someone who has... distinguished themselves.)

Museum Visit

We will be visiting the Strategic Air Command and Aerospace Museum, a superb facility and collection located on the edge of Offutt Air Force Base, in Bellevue, Nebraska.
The collection is heavy on American strategic bombers, including massive aircraft like the RB-52B and B-36J, and more sleek aircraft like the Hustler, FB-111A, B-1A, and (British) Vulcan. Several fighter aircraft are also in the collection, like the F-101B and F-86H.
Several types are quite rare, like the XF-85 and RB-45C.
