The ultimate version of England’s ultimate interceptor. Building on the unique vertically stacked twin turbojets and notched delta wings, the Lightning F.6 added more efficient wings with over-wing pylons for drop-tanks, a larger ventral fuel tank, and support for the front-quarter-capable infrared-homing Red Top missile.
